When you are accessing your Camera via a network different from your home network (over the internet) your video times out after 5 minutes. You can click on the Camera again from the Android™/iOS application to start streaming again. If you are accessing from your web browser, then you can click on the Reload button to start viewing your Camera video stream again.

You can deactivate this on your Smartphone:

Android™:
• Login to the Hubble for Motorola Monitors app.
• Go to your Account page.
• Scroll down and find the "Remote Connection Setting". The "Remote View Timeout" option is ON by default (this means there will be a timeout while viewing remotely over 5 minutes).
• You can turn off this option in which case the live feed will no longer time out.

iOS:
• Open your phone settings.
• Scroll down and select the Hubble for Motorola Monitors app.
• Now scroll down to the Streaming section and find the "Remote View Timeout" option. It is ON by default (this means there will be a timeout while viewing remotely over 5 minutes).
• You can turn off this option in which case the live feed will no longer time out.
